Buying and renovating a home to live in Israel can be very stressful, especially if you have language and cultural barriers.

The process is different from what you are accustomed to and choosing professionals to work with, can be a challenge, as you do not know who to trust.

In addition, the homes are built differently. In most cases they are smaller, the use of space is different and the Israeli weather has to be taken into consideration.

SUPERVISION

In order for the process to go smoothly, we will be on site at important stages in the renovation to supervise and make sure that the renovation is going according to the plans.

PLANNING

Layout design – together we will create a beautiful and functional space customized to your needs, taste and preferences. We will prepare all the layouts that are required in order to start making your dream home turn into reality.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

We will meet for a video conference call or face to face, in order to understand your family’s needs and dreams, so that you feel at home from the moment you land in Israel.

HOW DO WE ACHIEVE THE GOAL?

MOVE-IN ESSENTIALS

Once the home is ready, we can stock it for you, with necessities like towels, linens, dishes, and toiletries in order to make your Aliyah less stressful. This is especially helpful if you are arriving with minimal belongings.

RENOVATION

We will help you overcome the language and cultural barrier by overseeing all major and minor renovations. Such as, re-designing the entire home or only small areas like the bathroom or kitchen. If needed, we will also oversee the final touches like hanging the lighting, shelves and so on. We only work with reliable contractors who understand customer service.

PURCHASES

If you are already living in Israel, we will go together to choose quality materials such as ceramics, sanitary, electric appliances, furniture and more. However, if you are living abroad, in order to make the process go smoothly, we will go shopping for you and send pictures and estimates while shopping.

ABOUT ME

I remember the day, that I made Aliyah with my parents and we had to sleep on a mattress, on the floor, because we had to wait for the container to arrive. Not only did I have a language and culture barrier but I also didn’t have a place that felt like home.

A place that I could go back to and feel safe, relaxed and a bit of what I knew. This is the reason why, it is important for me to help you feel at home from the moment you land in Israel. I feel that it is my mission to help families like you, feel at home from the moment you set foot in Israel.

As the founder of Robyn Bar Interiors, a boutique interior design firm, I take immense joy in helping clients achieve their ideal living spaces. Especially during these challenging times when the concept of home holds greater significance.
